The confirmation also came during CinemaCon, where Kevin Feige made a notable appearance wearing an ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ hat. He was joined by Chris Evans and the directing duo Russo Brothers, who were present to promote the upcoming film. The footage culminated with Cyclops unleashing his optic blasts. The presentation concluded with the message “Disney Will Return To CinemaCon” appearing on screen, followed by an Avengers-themed countdown clock. The release date confirmation comes amid chatter that Marvel will advance the film’s release date to December 11 to cash in on IMAX screens. As per reports, the makers of ‘Dune: Part Three’ have booked all IMAX screens for their film release and have also secured weeks-long run, depriving ‘Avengers’ IMAX screenings. As per reports, with no IMAX scenes for a reported three-week window, ‘Avengers’ will reportedly release in all other premium formats.
