Push for civil nuclear, energy cooperation

Gor also pointed to new opportunities in the energy sector, particularly after India’s passage of the SHANTI Bill. He said both sides are now prepared to expand cooperation in civil nuclear energy along with other areas.“After India’s historic passage of the Shanti bill, we are ready to cooperate on civil nuclear in addition to other areas such as coal gasification and US LPG exports,” he stated.
