Bollywood superstar Salman Khan had the internet swooning all over him once again as he brought back his iconic spectacle look. Fans were in for an epic blast from the past as the actor debuted his lean new look. The star, who has been busy on his film, dubbing and other work commitments, made hearts skip a beat as he stepped out late Wednesday night rocking a much leaner look with a chiselled jawline. However, it was the return of the spectacles – one of his most iconic on-screen looks – that really set social media abuzz.

A set of images and videos doing the rounds online, show the actor in a black shirt, jeans and sporting his signature glasses, instantly reminding fans of his youthful, romantic era. Fans did not hold back with their comments as they swooned over his timeless charm.

The “spectacle look” holds a special place in the hearts of Salman’s fans and his filmography. Several fans referenced his memorable song “Jhonka Hawa Ka Aaj Bhi” from the film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, saying “Hand him a pen & paper, and that’s Sameer from ‘Jhonka Hawa Ka Aaj Bhi’ all over again.” Another added, “Time passes but salman’s charm and swag still intact.” “So, @BeingSalmanKhan decides to visit 2010 and stay there?” a fan asked while another said, “One of the most good looking man for a reason! Salman with glasses straight from early 2000s style, an ICON”Others simply said, “Whatta Look TIGER ZINDA HAI!”

Salman Khan’s next film

Rumours are rife that this will be the actor’s new look for his next film, an untitled action drama directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The project, currently referred to as “SVC63,” will go on floors on April 18 in Mumbai and will also star Nayanthara, along with actors Anil Kapoor and Arvind Swamy. The production team has planned an extensive three-month shoot across Mumbai and multiple locations with a release reportedly set for Eid 2027.
