Soha Ali Khan’s personal experience with a house invasion makes her viewpoint on her brother’s recent horror all the more moving. In an interview with Instant Bollywood, the actress revealed, “Absolutely, there was fear. And actually, I don’t know if people know this or not, but 10 years ago there was a robbery at our house too.”She recounted how her husband, Kunal Kemmu, heroically handled the situation. “And Kunal was at home at that time, and he actually caught the thief and took the thief to the police station. And it even came out in the newspapers.”The actress expressed her unease, stating, “Just to think that in one family, with two people, this has happened; it is a bit too close to home.”

Comparing the two incidents, Soha noted the extreme level of violence involved in her brother’s case. “Of course, with my brother, it was taken to another level, and there was a lot of violence involved. That was scary.”
