According to SquareYards, the apartment sold by Sonu Sood is located in the upscale Lokhandwala Minerva building in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. Reportedly, the property has a carpet area of 1,247 sq. ft. (116 sq. m.) and a built-up area of approximately 1,497 sq. ft. In addition to the spacious living area, the deal also includes two dedicated car parking spaces, a significant value-add in a city where parking is a luxury. The sale involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 48.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

According to the report, a key detail from the IGR documents reveals that Sonu Sood had originally purchased the same property in 2012 for Rs. 5.16 crore. The sale for Rs 8.10 crore, in comparison to the original purchase price, marks a substantial return on investment. While Sonu Sood was unavailable for comment, the profit of approximately Rs 3 crore from this single transaction showcases the potential of strategic real estate investments.
