(116 sq. m.) and a built-up area of approximately 1,497 sq. ft. In addition to the spacious living area, the deal also includes two dedicated car parking spaces, a significant value-add in a city where parking is a luxury. The sale involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 48.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
