Pam Bondi begged Trump not to fire her but he accused her of 'unforgivable offense': Report

Pam Bondi has been fired by Donald Trump, reports claimed.

An explosive Daily Mail report claimed that there was a major showdown at the White House where President Donald Trump accused Attorney General Pam Bondi of ‘unforgivable offense’ while Bondi begged Trump not to fire her. The report said Trump already fired Bondi and the announcement will be made shortly. The showdown took place before Trump’s prime-time Iran war address to the nation, the report said, adding that Bondi was upset and tried to change his mind

Epstein Files or Eric Swalwell?

While a majority believes that Pam Bondi was fired because Donald Trump was not happy with the way her department handled the Epstein investigation. Trump believed that the DoJ did not investigate his rival enough in the Epstein case. But another section velieves that it was because of Eric Swalwell. Trump believes Bondi tipped off Eric Swalwell about the FBI’s efforts to release investigative documents related to Swalwell’s relationship with an alleged Chinese spy.Swalwell asked the FBI not to release files on his past association with Christine Fang, alo known as ‘Fang Fang’. In a cease and desist letter sent by Swalwell’s lawyers to FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday, Swalwell, a leading Democratic candidate in California’s governor’s race, asked that Patel and the FBI agree in writing by Wednesday not to release the files. “The Congressman has never been accused of wrongdoing in that matter and your attempt to release the file is a transparent attempt to smear him and undermine his campaign for Governor of California,” attorneys Norm Eisen and Sean Hecker wrote. “Your actions threaten to expose you, others at the FBI, and the FBI itself to significant legal liability.”The letter suggested that releasing the investigative files would violate Swalwell’s First Amendment rights, a 1974 law that bars the release of such records without written consent from the subject of the files, and the Justice Department’s own regulations — and that his attorneys could take further legal action if necessary. It was reported that Kash Patel himself was working on the files, but insiders believe Pam Bondi leaked the information to Swalwell.Bondi responded by pleading for the President to give her more time in the role, but Trump remained firm that her time leading the agency was over, the Daily Mail reported. The White House wasn’t pleased she was intervening due to her personal friendship with Swalwell, the report said.
