WAR TOLL RISES: Iran-Israel Conflict Day 29 Sees Heavy Casualties, Strikes Across Middle East

The ongoing conflict in the Middle East has entered its 29th day, with rising casualties and intensifying cross-border attacks involving Iran, Israel, and multiple regional players. According to emerging estimates, the death toll has surged across countries, highlighting the масштаб and severity of the war. In Iran, fatalities have reached nearly 1,937, while Lebanon has reported around 1,100 deaths amid continued airstrikes. Israel has recorded at least 19 casualties, while smaller but significant losses have been reported in Kuwait (6), United Arab Emirates (11), and Iraq (89). The United States has also confirmed the deaths of 13 soldiers, while Saudi Arabia and Oman reported 2 and 3 deaths respectively. On the battlefield, Iran launched missile strikes, including suspected cluster munitions, targeting the West Bank, triggering sirens though no casualties were reported there. In retaliation, Israel carried out airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear-related infrastructure in Yazd, escalating concerns over attacks on strategic facilities. Meanwhile, intense bombing continues in Tehran and Beirut, where Israeli forces have targeted Hezbollah positions. The expanding scope of strikes across cities and nations underscores a deepening regional crisis with significant humanitarian and geopolitical consequences.
