The ongoing war in the Middle East has entered its 27th day, with tensions escalating between Israel and Lebanon. Hezbollah launched a fresh aerial assault on Israel, firing seven long-range missiles toward Tel Aviv. However, Israel’s air defense system successfully intercepted all incoming missiles, preventing major damage. At the same time, Israel continues to carry out strikes on Hezbollah positions inside Lebanon, intensifying the conflict on this front. Earlier, Iranian attacks had also targeted Tel Aviv, with visuals showing the sky lit up by missile interceptions. Meanwhile, another major development emerged from Iraq, where a U.S. military base in Sulaymaniyah came under attack. Drones and rockets were fired at the base, though no casualties have been reported so far. Amid rising tensions, the White House issued a strong warning. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that if Iran fails to abandon its nuclear ambitions, President Donald Trump is prepared to respond with overwhelming force.
