TikTok influencer Natasha Allen has sadly passed away from cancer at the age of 28. She died on August 22, following a five-year battle with stage 4 synovial sarcoma. The news of her passing was confirmed last week through official posts shared on her TikTok and Instagram accounts.

“Natasha was a beautiful soul full of love, kindness, and joy. She touched countless hearts and was a strong advocate for synovial sarcoma awareness,” the statement read. “Her spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.” The announcement concluded with a quote from Natasha herself, which read, “Find meaning in your own life, find what makes you happy, find how you can make the world around you better.”

Allen was first diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer, in 2020. Initially classified as stage 3, doctors discovered a malignant tumour in her knee. She subsequently underwent a series of treatments, including chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. Natasha went into remission the following year, but by late 2021, scans revealed the cancer had returned and had spread to her lungs. She was then diagnosed as having progressed to stage 4.

Rather than withdraw from public life, Allen chose to document her cancer journey online, sharing candid updates with her growing social media community. Her TikTok account amassed more than 190,000 followers, while her Instagram had over 36,000, according to People magazine.

In a TikTok video shared in April this year, Allen spoke openly about her prognosis. “Officially, I have a 15 per cent chance of being alive for five years after being diagnosed with stage 4. Me, however, I’m gonna be different. I’m putting that out in the universe,” she said. Despite her optimism and determination, she lost her life in August 2025.

Following her passing, Allen’s family directed supporters to her GoFundMe page, which was originally created to assist with her treatment. The campaign has since been renamed “In Memory of Natasha.” According to the latest update, future donations will contribute to her funeral costs, while earlier contributions will help fund research into synovial sarcoma.
