In the photo, the singer was wearing a long brown coat while standing in line at a popular coffee shop to order at the counter. Her hair was down, and she was also wearing a pair of sunglasses. She also carried a large orange bag.This is the first time the singer has appeared in public since she was taken into custody for driving rashly under the influence. California Post reported that the DUI case against Spears is under review. A statement from the report read, “The DUI case against Britney Spears has been submitted to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office and is under review by our prosecutors. Part of that review might include seeking additional information and evidence. A filing decision will be made before the scheduled May 4, 2026, court date.”

On March 4, the singer was arrested and taken into custody by the California Highway Patrol in Ventura County. At the time, she was reportedly seen driving rashly after spending some time with a friend.
