During a media interaction, Ssunita clarified her earlier comment about Ahaan Panday and his debut film Saiyaara. Previously, in an interview with Eat Travel Repeat, she had said that her son Yash is doing “a better film than Saiyaara” for his debut.She said that she never meant to make any comparison. She expressed happiness for Ahaan Panday’s success and said she wishes well for all young actors in the industry. She added that she is a fan of Ahaan and Yash Raj Films, and urged people not to spread rumors about her son’s debut.

She visited a temple and spoke about how she had prayed to the Goddess to marry Govinda and lead a happy life. She said the Goddess fulfilled her wishes, blessing them with two children, and expressed her strong faith that no one can break their home. Govinda and his wife Ssunita Ahuja recently faced divorce rumors, but the couple put those to rest during Ganesh Chaturthi. They welcomed Bappa at their home and posed together for the paparazzi in coordinated outfits, showing their closeness and unity.
