Throwback to Shraddha’s endearing Ganpati celebrations

Ganesh Chaturthi 2025: A look back at Shraddha Kapoor's endearing family celebrations - See Pics

As Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations fill the air, Shraddha Kapoor is known for her heartwarming and traditional celebrations. Known for her down-to-earth nature and strong family bonds, the star’s previous Vinayaka Chaturthi posts have been a hit on social media. A look back at her 2021 celebrations shows her radiating pure joy, surrounded by her family, including veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure, and sharing the festive spirit, delicious food, and fun with her followers. Let’s take a closer look at her post that featured her smiling and posing next to the Ganpati idol, radiating happiness on the festive occasion.

Shraddha Kapoor’s throwback Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations

The actress’s Instagram carousel is not just about the idol, it is about family. The pictures featured Shraddha’s mother, aunt and veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure, cousin Priyaank Sharma and Shaza Morani, among previously adapted loved ones. The smiling faces show what the festival is meant for, and that is to celebrate with loved ones. Although her father Shakti Kapoor and brother Siddhanth Kapoor could not squeeze themselves into the photo, Shraddha made sure they were included in her caption:“Ganpati Bappa Morya! ✨💜 @padminikolhapure @tejukolhapure, mommy, @priyaankksharma @shazamorani @zanaibhosle and fam. Missing the rest @siddhanthkapoor @shaktikapoor 📸 by Miss @zanaibhosle”And to show the spread of food and delicacies, including modaks of course, Shraddha Kapoor also added a festive photo of the food and another fun repost from her stories with the playful description of: “Mood after eating modaks.” The posts aptly captures the essence of the festival with prayers, food, and fun.

Shraddha Kapoor on the work front

As her merry posts keep hearts warm, Shraddha has been busy on the work front too. Maddock Films has already announced she is starring in ‘Stree 3,’ arriving in theatres on August 13, 2027, part of their expanding Horror-Comedy Universe. Previously, ‘Stree 2’ was released on August 15, 2024, on the same weekend as ‘Khel Khel Mein’ and ‘Vedaa.’ The very entertaining ‘Stree 2’ reunited Shraddha with Rajkummar Rao and starred Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, and featured Varun Dhawan and Akshay Kumar in brief cameo appearances.
