Akshay Kumar and filmmaker Priyadarshan’s ‘Bhooth Bangla’ has been the talk of the town since its announcement. Ahead of its release in April this year, the makers have dropped the first teaser of the film to raise the excitement among the audience. The teaser showcases Akshay Kumar in his comic element, which would definitely please the fans of the actor.

The teaser first introduces us to an old haveli located in a town named Mangalpur, where no one gets married. In the next scene, everyone starts asking about ‘Who is Vadhusur?’ The one-minute and 23-second-long teaser then reveals the cast of the movie one by one. Towards the end, the viewers are asked to “Get ready for Laughter, Screams, and Surprises.” At the end, one can see hands of the ghost coming out of an old tree.The old haveli and a few other scenes in the teaser give a ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ vibe to the movie for sure. With this film, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan are expected to create the magic that they did in their previous collaborations. They have worked together in movies like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’, and in 2010, ‘Khatta Meetha’. Fans have pinned their hopes on this Akshay Kumar horror-comedy movie.The movie was set to hit theaters in May this year; however, the makers recently changed the release date of the film to April 10, 2026.
