The government of Uttarakhand, led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, will complete four years in power on March 23, 2026. To mark the occasion, the state administration has organized large public events to showcase its achievements and development initiatives during the four-year tenure. A major program titled “4 Years – Bemisaal” has been organized in Haridwar, where Chief Minister Dhami is addressing a public gathering and highlighting the government’s work and progress in the state. The event marks the beginning of a series of celebrations planned across Uttarakhand. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is also expected to address the gathering and announce several new development projects for the state. Political observers believe the event could also signal the beginning of preparations for the 2027 Uttarakhand Assembly elections. When the government returned to power four years ago, it created a historic moment in the state’s politics. For the first time, the ruling party managed to retain power consecutively in Uttarakhand, a milestone largely credited to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s leadership.
