A major fire broke out at a chemical factory in Bhiwandi, triggering panic in the surrounding area. Thick smoke and towering flames were seen rising from the industrial unit, as combustible materials stored inside the factory intensified the blaze. The incident created chaos locally, with authorities rushing to secure the perimeter and prevent further risk. According to initial reports, the cause of the fire remains unknown. Firefighting operations began immediately, with five fire brigade vehicles deployed to the site. Teams are working continuously to bring the flames under control and prevent the fire from spreading to nearby establishments. Officials confirmed that, so far, there have been no reports of casualties or injuries, offering some relief amid the destruction. However, the goods and materials stored inside the factory have reportedly been reduced to ashes, leading to significant property loss.
