According to the reports, the end credits of Angelina Jolie’s latest directorial venture, ‘Couture,’ have a mention of Maddox’s name without the last surname, Pitt. He has been credited as “Maddox Jolie.”

The film hit theaters in France on February 18 and features Angelina Jolie as an American filmmaker who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. As per the reports, Jolie’s son Maddox has worked on the project as an assistant director, showcasing his involvement and interest in filmmaking.However, apparently, this is not the first time he has been addressed as just Jolie and not Pitt. The film had premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2025, and at that time, production notes provided to the media mentioned his name as Maddox Jolie.However, back in 2024, the couple’s son was credited as Maddox Jolie-Pitt when he worked as a production assistant in the Netflix drama ‘Maria,’ in which the actress played the role of opera legend Maria Callas.

Shiloh also decided to officially omit the surname Pitt and changed it to Shiloh Jolie after turning 18 last year.However, there are no reports if other siblings have changed their names legally or just dropped Pitt for professional use.
