The wedding is anticipated to beautifully merge traditional customs with an elegant yet intimate ambience. In keeping with customary practice, it will be a daytime function attended by close family and a select circle of friends. The mehndi and sangeet, meanwhile, are expected to be more elaborate yet deeply personal. Skilled artisans have reportedly been brought in specially for the occasion, and the décor and overall vibe will reflect a tasteful blend of South Indian traditions and contemporary styling. The couple has consistently guarded their personal lives. Although speculation about their relationship surfaced from time to time over the years, both chose not to publicly comment on the rumours. However, on Sunday, just days before their big day, the actors took to social media to confirm that they are taking the next step in their relationship.
