Breaking News: Three Jaish-e-Mohammed Militants Killed in Kishtwar Encounter

In a major counter-terror operation, the Indian Army eliminated three militants linked to the Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed during an encounter in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. According to the Army, security forces launched a coordinated operation based on intelligence inputs about militant presence in the area. A fierce gunfight followed, resulting in the deaths of all three terrorists. Officials stated that the bodies of the slain militants were severely charred after the exchange of fire. Among those killed was a notorious commander identified as Saifullah, who had reportedly been active in Jammu and Kashmir for nearly five years. He was believed to be involved in multiple terror-related activities in the region. During the operation, security forces recovered two AK-47 rifles and a substantial cache of ammunition from the encounter site. The Army confirmed that a search operation is still underway in the surrounding areas to ensure no additional militants are hiding nearby.
