Stone-Pelting Incident: Tense Situation in Jabalpur After Violent Confrontation

A major disturbance has been reported from Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, where clashes broke out between two groups. The confrontation reportedly began with an argument and physical scuffle, which quickly escalated into large-scale stone-pelting from both sides. As the situation spiraled out of control, police intervened to disperse the crowd. Authorities had to use tear gas shells and resort to a baton charge to bring the unrest under control. Given the tense atmosphere in the area, heavy police deployment has been put in place to prevent further escalation. Officials are closely monitoring the situation, and additional security measures have been implemented to maintain law and order. Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the clash and identify those involved in the violence.
