NEW DELHI: Congress dissociated itself from party veteran Mani Shankar Aiyar after his remarks wishing a return of Left govt in Kerala caused unease in party ranks.Party spokesman Pawan Khera said, “Mani Shankar has had no connection whatsoever with Congress for past few years. He speaks and writes purely in personal capacity.”Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh said, “Let there be no doubt. People of Kerala will bring UDF back for more responsible and responsive governance. They also know LDF and BJP are covert partners.”
