Amid buzz around Govinda and Sunita Ahuja’s marriage, their daughter Tina Ahuja has broken her silence, calling the separation reports “baseless.” The internet went into a frenzy on Friday after fresh reports claimed that Govinda and his wife Sunita were headed for a divorce. The speculation began after Sunita addressed the rumors in an emotional vlog on her YouTube channel. Manager and lawyer dismiss claimsReports had recently claimed that Sunita officially filed for divorce on December 5, 2024, at the Bandra Family Court, citing adultery, cruelty, and desertion. However, Govinda’s manager, Shashi Sinha, clarified that the development was not new. “This is the same old news which came out six-seven months ago. Sunita had filed a divorce petition six-seven months ago, now everything is getting settled. In a week or so everyone will hear the news,” Sinha told PTI. He added that the family is currently focused on festive preparations: “The whole family is going to celebrate the Ganesh Chaturthi festival together, for which Sunita is busy doing the preparation.”Govinda’s lawyer, Lalit Bindal, echoed the manager’s statement, stressing that the reports were nothing but “old news.” Neither Govinda nor Sunita has issued a direct statement regarding the matter.
