'Border 2' box office collection Day 11: Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan starrer sees SHARP DROP on second Monday; earns in single digits

On its second Monday, ‘Border 2’ struggled to maintain momentum, raking in only Rs 5.75 crore. This follows a robust opening and a productive first week, yet the Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan film has experienced a sharp drop in revenues. Portraying events from the 1971 India-Pakistan War, it has nonetheless garnered an impressive Rs 281 crore on home soil.

‘Border 2’ was released on January 23, 2026, to leverage the Republic Day holiday week for big box office numbers, and the makers succeeded in achieving what they wanted. The film earned big in the first week of its release. After that, it showcased steadily collected double-digit numbers at the box office. However, on Day 11, it witnessed a huge drop in earnings.
