Six Senses Fort Barwara launches first transformative Lunar Healing Retreat

Six Senses Fort Barwara has introduced its first-ever Lunar Healing Retreat, an immersive full-day wellness journey designed to align guests with the moon’s natural rhythms. The retreat, part of the resort’s expanding wellness programming, will be offered monthly in tune with significant lunar phases, beginning with the first new moon of 2026.

Guided by ancient lunar traditions and Six Senses’ holistic wellness philosophy, the retreat aims to support emotional clarity, digestive balance, and mental calm during the introspective winter season. Each element of the experience integrates movement, nourishment, and ritual to create a deeply restorative flow from day to night.

The journey begins mid-morning with a Self & Moon Connection Ritual, incorporating breathwork, reflective journaling, aromatherapy, and sound practices to foster emotional awareness. A Full Moon Digestive Drink Bar follows, featuring light, sattvic preparations designed to gently aid digestion and prepare the body for the evening’s reflective transition.

As the full moon rises, guests will participate in a Chandra Namaskar session, blending movement and sound healing to encourage release and relaxation. The experience culminates in a Full Moon Mantra Ceremony, led by a Panditji, with sacred chants, aarti, and intention-setting rituals that symbolically invite renewal and emotional cleansing.

Rajat Gera, Commercial Director, Six Senses Fort Barwara, said:
“The Lunar Retreat is designed as a gentle yet powerful invitation to slow down and reconnect—with oneself, with nature, and with the rhythms of the moon. Each ritual has been thoughtfully curated to promote emotional balance and inner clarity, particularly during the reflective winter months.”

The retreat concludes with a winter herbal infusion, allowing guests to absorb the essence of lunar healing and carry its restorative energy beyond their stay. Set against the serene backdrop of Rajasthan’s historic fort, the Lunar Healing Retreat offers a sanctuary for reflection, renewal, and spiritual harmony.
