Before the release of Aditya Dhar’s ‘Dhurandhar’, none of the actors promoted the film extensively, as they believed in the film’s content. Well, the strategy absolutely worked in their favor as the movie went on to earn over Rs 1300 crore at the box office globally. And now again, the makers decided to go with a similar approach for the film’s OTT premiere. While there were reports of the espionage thriller making its digital debut on January 30, 2026, there was no official confirmation. And now, at midnight, the streaming partner dropped the official post about its premiere.

After creating waves at the box office, Ranveer Singh-starrer ‘Dhurandhar’ has officially begun its journey on the digital platform. The spy action film premiered on streaming giant Netflix at midnight on Friday, further extending its global reach.On OTT, the film is also available in other languages, such as Tamil and Telugu.The streaming platform shared the poster on its social media accounts with a caption, “DHURANDHAR Watch the Epic Saga unfold. Aditya Dhar on OTT release of ‘Dhurandhar’

According to ANI, director Aditya Dhar expressed his excitement over the film’s digital release. He shared, “The theatrical response to Dhurandhar was deeply humbling, especially witnessing audiences connect with its story, characters, and scale. With its release on Netflix, the film begins a new chapter. Reaching farther, inviting new viewers to discover its layers and revisit its moments in their own time.”

‘Dhurandhar’ featured Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun. The film has rewritten box office history by surpassing ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ to become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time.
