Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Authorities say a gunman fired from a nearby rooftop, and Kirk later died at a hospital. Police arrested 22-year-old Tyler James Robinson and charged him with aggravated murder and other crimes related to the shooting. In a recent podcast interview with Jack Neel, controversial influencer Andrew Tate shocked many by saying, “I know who killed him,” about Charlie Kirk’s death. Tate said this with a long pause and told listeners he was being careful about what he said to stay safe. He did not say any specific name or share proof of who he meant. Andrew Tate also spoke about Candace Owens, an American commentator. He said she has been talking publicly about who might be responsible for Charlie Kirk’s killing. Tate claimed that those in power let her speak because she is often not taken seriously by the public or the media, but he did not give any evidence for his statements.

Andrew Tate’s Podcast Comments and Candace Owens’ Claims

On the podcast, Tate talked about his feelings and why he felt he needed to watch his words. He said, “Sorry for the pause. I’m just scanning what’s going to keep me alive.” Then he said, “So I know who killed him. And the only person who is overtly giving theories as to who killed him publicly is Candace [Owens].” Tate went on to suggest that people in charge let Owens speak because they dismiss her with comments about her identity, which he says makes others ignore what she says. He said if a man in a suit said the same thing, “he would be taken seriously and silenced,” though he did not back this claim with facts. Candace Owens has publicly questioned the official story and has said she does not believe Tyler Robinson acted alone. She said, “I now can say with full confidence that I believe Charlie Kirk was betrayed by the leadership of Turning Point USA and some of the very people who eulogized him on stage.” Candace Owens’ comments have drawn attention and controversy.
