StarDream Cruises showcases India’s spirit of togetherness through new brand films

StarDream Cruises has unveiled two new brand films that encapsulate its growing resonance with Indian travellers and its focus on meaningful, experience-led cruising. The initiative marks the next phase in the brand’s storytelling journey, as it continues to expand across key Asian ports.

Anchored by the communication theme Disconnect to Reconnect and the defining tagline Perfect Moments, StarDream Cruises’ latest campaign shifts attention from packed itineraries to moments of ease, connection, and togetherness. The two films—A World Between SEA & SKY and A Voyage Called India – A Heart That Sails With Us—bring these ideas to life.

The master-brand film, A World Between SEA & SKY, filmed aboard Genting Dream, captures the rhythm of life at sea. It follows individuals, families, friends and corporate travellers sharing the same space in their own ways—highlighting seamless service, safety, dining and entertainment that together allow guests to simply be present.

Complementing it, A Voyage Called India – A Heart That Sails With Us celebrates India’s cultural diversity on board. Featuring families from across linguistic backgrounds—Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada and Bengali—the film reflects how shared traditions, food preferences and familiar comforts shape the Indian cruising experience. It closes with a unifying sentiment: while languages differ, the feeling of belonging remains shared.

Extending its reach, A Voyage Called India will also screen in cinemas nationwide during the Republic Day period, alongside Border 2. The film will be showcased across nine states, two Union Territories, 23 cities and 63 screens from 23–29 January 2026.

Naresh Rawal, Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing, StarDream Cruises, said: “Both these films reflect how we think about the StarDream Cruises experience today. A World Between SEA & SKY captures the rhythm of life on board, while A Voyage Called India brings focus to how Indian travellers experience that journey. From familiar comforts to shared connections, the films show how we’ve made cruising intuitive and inclusive for Indian guests.”

StarDream Cruises currently operates Genting Dream from Singapore, Star Voyager from Hong Kong and Star Navigator from Taiwan, offering short 2- and 3-night itineraries designed for Indian travellers seeking a culturally familiar way to experience cruising.

Together, the two films reinforce the brand’s belief that when travel takes care of the details, guests can truly disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with moments that feel effortless, meaningful and lasting.
