Clarisse La Rue (Dior Goodjohn) grabs the Golden Fleece to heal Thalia’s poisoned tree, but Chris Rodriguez (Kevin Chacon) betrays her as Luke’s spy. Thalia’s shocking return
Clarisse spears the Fleece onto the tree, sparking magic that revives Thalia Grace (Tamara Smart). But lightning strikes both her and Percy, knocking them out. Days later, Chiron (Glynn Turman) drops a bombshell: Zeus (Courtney B. Vance) did not save Thalia from the Furies. She rebelled against him, refusing to be his weapon, so he trapped her as a tree. This twist flips the old story and amps up the Great Prophecy, pitting Percy against Thalia as potential saviours or destroyers of Olympus.
