Justin LIKES 2016 post of him KISSING Selena

Justin Bieber LIKES 2016 post of him KISSING Selena Gomez; sparks fan frenzy on social media

Justin Bieber has seemingly found himself joining the viral 2016 throwback trend as he ‘liked’ a comment on a post featuring his photo with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Bieber, who has been married to Hailey Bieber since 2018, raised eyebrows once again, after fans took note of his latest activity on the ‘Gram. Fans on social media went wild over the fact that the post in question featured him kissing former girlfriend Selena. The photo, originally shared on March 20, 2016, took over the top trends on social media after Bieber appeared to like a comment left under the image user Aurora (@auro_lv2l), that read, “Vivan los noviosss” which loosely translates to “Long live the couple.” Screenshots of the ‘author’ of the post liking the comment quickly began circulating online, with the fan even sharing a screenshot of the notification she received that indicates that the ‘like’ came directly from Bieber’s verified account, @lilbieber. “Those who say it’s fake can cry somewhere else,” she wrote. Although it has been years since Justin and Selena parted ways, their 2016 romance was back in the headlines owing to the current 2016 trend, bringing back photos from a decade ago and pairing them with current photos. The timing of this ‘like’ comes just days after Justin’s wife, Hailey Bieber, shared a bunch of her photos from 2016, including one of her kissing Justin. “You just had to be there,” she captioned the post. Those keeping up with Bieber’s love life will know that 2016 was one of the most controversial years in pop culture when Justin and Selena’s on-and-off romance finally ended with the hunk going public with Hailey and getting engaged within three months of the romance. Justin went on to wed Hailey in a courtroom wedding and followed it up a year later with a lavish wedding. The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Jack Blues Bieber, who was born on August 22, 2024. Selena, on the other hand, wed Benny Blanco in 2025 after a two-year romance.
