Breaking News: Jaipur Hit-and-Run: Speeding Audi Mows Down 16 People, 1 Dead, 15 Injured

A shocking hit-and-run incident shook Jaipur’s Kharbaz Circle area when a speeding Audi car ran over 16 people, killing one and injuring 15 others. The luxury vehicle, allegedly driven by an intoxicated driver along with three passengers, first crashed into the boundary wall of the circle and then went out of control. The car entered the service lane instead of the main road, mowing down pedestrians and ramming into several food stalls and a roadside dhaba, causing massive damage. Food carts were overturned and iron structures were scattered across the road. The injured were rushed to SMS Hospital, where treatment is ongoing. Police have taken the accused into custody and started an investigation. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has expressed grief over the tragic incident, and authorities have assured strict action.
