Popular YouTube streamer Darren “IShowSpeed” has gone viral after an awkward moment during his ongoing African tour. A clip from his South Africa livestream showed the 20-year-old rushing to find a bathroom after drinking a product that claimed to help with weight loss. The incident took place during Speed Does Africa, his current travel stream series. The clip showed Speed inside a department store where he became curious about a drink advertised as a weight-loss solution. What followed turned into one of the most talked-about moments of his tour so far.

In the video, Speed tasted the drink and immediately shared his reaction. He compared the flavor to bitter green tea and said it reminded him of medicine. Shortly after leaving the store, he began complaining about stomach pain while riding in a car. He told viewers his stomach felt strange and uncomfortable, adding that something was clearly not right.As the pain increased, Speed became visibly distressed. He urged the driver to stop the car as soon as possible, explaining that he urgently needed a restroom. He mentioned that his stomach was acting up badly and said he could not hold it any longer. Moments later, the car pulled over at a convenience store, where Speed rushed inside to use the bathroom.When he returned, his security team checked on him. Speed admitted he was not okay and explained that the situation was worse than expected. He said he was dealing with diarrhea and described the experience as unpleasant and shocking. Despite the mishap, Speed’s tour continued with lighter moments. Another clip from the same livestream showed him receiving a unique piece of artwork from a fan. The artwork appeared to switch between images of IShowSpeed and Cristiano Ronaldo.Speed was stunned by the gift. He reacted with excitement and disbelief, repeatedly asking if what he was seeing was real. He praised the fan for creating the unique image as he remained in disbelief.
