Consistency is the key for Anupam; perhaps that is why his recent workout video, he wrote, ‘ Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” In the video, the 70-year-old actor can be seen working out without his shirt. His sweat speaks for his efforts, as he executes several lat pulldowns with intense focus and resolve. Also, it is worth noting that this isn’t Anupam Kher’s motivating only workout post. Earlier as well, the actor has shared such posts on his social media. In one of them, he shared two black-and-white images, motivating his fans to follow a committed fitness regimen for a healthier way of living. “It is hard to beat a person who never gives up!!” and playfully asked, “Sahi jaa raha hu na? (Am I going right?)”
