Goa NightClub Fire : Luthra Brothers Reach Goa, to Be Produced Before Court Today

In a major development in the  Goa Nightclub fire case, the Luthra brothers have reached Goa and will be produced before a local court today. The accused were brought to Goa by the Goa Police on transit remand after being taken into custody in Delhi. The Luthra brothers had returned from Thailand to Delhi, following which police agencies initiated swift action. Investigators allege that after the tragic fire incident on December 6, which claimed several lives, the brothers fled the country early the next morning. Police have pointed out that despite holding key responsibilities in the nightclub, they allegedly escaped instead of cooperating with authorities. Goa Police is expected to seek custodial interrogation to question them on safety lapses, permissions, and the sequence of events surrounding the incident.
