Father of IDF soldier reveals harrowing details of daughter’s death by Gaza doctor; air pumped into her veins until...

The father of an Israeli soldier kidnapped on October 7 by Hamas has claimed his daughter was deliberately killed inside a Gaza hospital by a civilian doctor who injected air into her veins. The grieving parent claimed he was sent a video showing her final moments as she barely clung on to life.Avi Marciano spoke first time in public and described receiving the harrowing footage via Telegram, in which his 19-year-old daughter, Cpl Noa Marciano, is seen lying on a hospital bed, begging for her life. He said the medical worker is clearly shown injecting air into her veins, reports the Daily Mail. According to him, “by the end of the clip she was sweating and showing no signs of life.”“Noa was my eldest daughter and there’s not a day when I don’t miss her,” he told the crowd. He said that watching the video was the “biggest nightmare you could ever imagine,” and that he still wakes up with the image replaying in his mind.Noa was among seven female soldiers abducted from Israel’s Nahal Oz military base during the Hamas assault. She was the only one who did not return alive. The Israel defence forces (IDF) said she had suffered injuries during heavy bombing and gunfire. As Israeli troops advanced towards her location, her captors reportedly moved her deeper into Gaza City, where she was later killed. Her body was found by IDF forces in a building next to Shifa Hospital in November 2023 and returned to Israel for burial. Hamas has insisted she died in an Israeli airstrike, but the Israeli military said her wounds appeared to be consistent with bullet injuries and possibly trauma from a fall. The revelations emerged as new footage showed the claustrophobic conditions inside Hamas’s underground tunnel networks. Daily Mail reporter Natalie Lisbona was filmed crawling through the entrance of one of the passageways, describing it as “one of the most harrowing places on earth”. The tunnels run for around seven kilometres beneath Rafah and contain dozens of hideouts. Noa’s father said he wants the world to understand what happened to his daughter while she was in captivity, telling listeners that her final moments were captured in the video he received and that “it showed clearly how she died while in Hamas captivity.”
