As the country marks Children’s Day, fans fondly remember one of the cutest throwbacks they’ve ever shared by Bollywood’s dancing queen Madhuri Dixit Nene. The picture may not have been shared today, but it is definitely one of the memories that live on for children everywhere as every year, it is brought back to life in celebration of the simple pleasures of childhood innocence and happiness shown by the superstar.This post from several years ago features a memorable one from Madhuri’s school days. The picture shows Madhuri on stage, dancing with her sister, both in identical dance costumes. They look so similar that fans regularly say they can’t tell them apart. A duo that grew up dancing

While Madhuri has two sisters Rupa and Bharati, she didn’t mention who appears with her in the photo. Instead, she simply referred to her as her “favourite dance buddy,” hinting at a bond strengthened through countless school performances and cultural activities. Madhuri had lovingly captioned the throwback when she first shared it:“This is one of my favourite memories that I have with my sister. We used to always take part in school competitions. Here’s sharing a #MajorThrowback childhood memory with my favourite dance buddy. Let me know what is your favourite childhood memory! P.S. Can you tell us apart?”The adorable post instantly became one of her most loved childhood throwbacks.
